Orders placed within India are typically delivered within 7 working days.

How can I test if a product suits my skin?

Apply a small amount on the inner elbow, wrist, or behind the ear. Avoid exposing the area to moisture and wait 24 hours. If you notice redness, itching, or irritation, discontinue use immediately.

What courier services do you use for shipping?

We typically ship your orders using DTDC, Delhivery, XpressBees, Bluedart, and Ekart. If your area is out of service range, we safely deliver through India Post.

Do you deliver outside India?

At the moment, we’re only shipping within India. International delivery is not available yet.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, we offer free COD for all orders across India.

Can I return or exchange a product?
