How does the delivery process work?
Once your order is placed, our team carefully inspects each product to ensure it meets our quality standards. After a final quality check, items are securely packed and handed over to one of our trusted courier partners.
Our delivery partner will then bring the order directly to your doorstep. If they're unable to deliver due to an address issue or timing conflict, they’ll get in touch with you to arrange an alternative.
How are items packaged?
We take extra care to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. Orders are packed in sturdy boxes wrapped in a protective plastic layer. Each product is cushioned with bubble wrap, and fragile items such as bottles receive additional padding for safety.
Thanks to our careful packaging, we’ve had very few complaints about damaged items.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and the courier details. Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

What is the estimated delivery time?
We aim to dispatch most orders within 1–4 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
During Mega Sale events or high-demand periods, dispatch might take up to 5 days due to heavy order volume—but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Are there any shipping charges?
Nope! We currently offer free shipping across all of India.
